Privacy Policy

This page explains what the review site collects when you read it, and what it does not. We are an independent review publication about online casinos. We are not the casino, we do not take deposits, and we never see your account at any operator. Reading this page takes a couple of minutes, and it is written for people who browse on a phone first.

Who is behind this site

The site is an editorial project that reviews casino brands for an Australian audience. The reviews are written by named authors, and the author block on the main page tells you who wrote what. Nobody here has access to your Godz login, your payment details or your play history, because none of that ever passes through us.

If a question about your data comes up, use the contact route listed on the site. We read those messages and answer them in plain language.

What we collect

When you open a page, our server records the technical basics that every web server records: the address of the page you requested, the time, the type of browser and device, and a shortened network address. We use this to keep the site running, to spot errors on small screens, and to notice abuse.

We do not ask you to register, we do not run a comment form, and we do not collect names, emails or phone numbers unless you write to us yourself. If you do write, we keep the message and our reply for as long as it takes to answer you and a reasonable period afterwards.

Cookies and measurement

The site uses a small number of cookies. Some are needed for the page to work, for example to remember that you dismissed a notice. Others are used for anonymous traffic counts, so we can see which sections people read and where a phone layout breaks.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The reviews stay readable without them, and nothing on the page is locked behind accepting a cookie.

Links to the operator

Buttons on this site lead to the operator's own website. The moment you tap one, you leave our pages and enter a different service with its own privacy rules. Whatever you type into the registration form there, including your email, your password and your marketing consent choices, is handled by the operator and not by us.

Read the operator's own privacy policy before you register. The form we looked at has a tick box for marketing by email, SMS and calls, and you decide whether to leave it ticked.

How long we keep data and who sees it

Server logs are kept for a limited period and are then deleted or reduced to counts that cannot identify a person. We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to advertisers. We share technical data only with the hosting and analytics providers that run the site, and only to the extent they need it to do that job.

Where Australian privacy law applies to us, we follow the Australian Privacy Principles in spirit and in practice.

Your choices and changes to this page

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the site contact route and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, so that we do not hand data to the wrong person.

When this policy changes we update the text on this page and the date of the change. If you keep reading after an update, the new version applies. This site is for adults only. If you are under 18, please leave the site.
